The Las Vegas Raiders new coach Antonio Pierce brings a new energy to the locker room the moment the Raiders press conference was over. How can Aidan O'Connell and Antonio Pierce turn this offense around? Former Las Vegas Raiders executive Amy Trask told CBS Sports that all the Mark Davis advisors that told him to hire Josh McDaniels and Dave Ziegler are gone. Jim Gray is still an advisor. Along with Ron Wolf, Ken Herock and Mike Ornstein. Sounds like they will be involved with Mark Davis' decision on the Raiders new coach.
